Support

Help when something needs attention.

Choose the channel that fits the issue. For most requests, email gives us the context we need and keeps the history in one place.

For urgent production issues

If software is unavailable, data appears at risk, or a business-critical workflow has stopped, call us. Where practical, follow up by email with the affected product and a short description so we have the context in writing.

Mail

Phone

Phone support

Use the phone for urgent operational issues or when we have asked you to call.

Remote

Remote session

Only start remote support when a Codepine team member has asked you to. Never grant access from an unsolicited request.

Report a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in a Codepine product or service, please report it privately. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary customer data.

Before you contact us

A little context usually means a faster answer.

  • Name the product or page where the issue occurs.
  • Describe the last action before the problem appeared.
  • Include the exact error message where possible.
  • Attach a screenshot only if it does not expose sensitive information.
  • Do not email passwords, recovery codes or payment-card data.
